Such a decision has provided “Justice Vow”, so complaints from defendants have been approved: Arianni Krasniqi, lawyer Besim Ahmetaj, Osman Kolqaku, lawyer Guzim Kolqaku, Mustafe Nela, lawyer Vlasnim Shehu, Lisshi Silver, lawyer Guzim Baloku and Mentor Beqiri, lawyer Osman Cukovic are based.
Otherwise, according to extensive investigations launched on August 12th of this year, the Peja Prosecutor charges defendant Arian Krasniqi and Osman Kolzak that on May 14, 2020, at the Property Affairs Directorate in the Pec Community, deliberately and as co-chairman with the defendant Osman drafts the verdict and request for partition and registration of property replaced, even though they have known that this census cannot be made before it becomes the property assessment by the Department for Tax at the Ministry of Finance Property, which G Allowed. The defendants Krasniqi and Kolqaku are suspected to have committed the criminal act of “misusing the official position”.

P. K, and he didn't report the irregularities of the facility, which according to the prosecution wasn't built according to terms and construction permits.
With this, he is suspected of the criminal act of “misusing official position or authority”.
Plarent Trakaniqi is suspected that in the quality of the official person the licensed regimes near the Kosovo Cadastral Agency, during the geodezic measurement of the basement plate to economic subject 5 V Home”, does not present the actual situation in relation to the cadastral situation, which, according to the Prosecution, is contrary to the terms of construction permits and the project.
By that, Trakaqi is suspected of the criminal act of “misusing official position or authority”.
Defendant Faton Bisselman allegedly in the quality of the geodese near the AKK, during geodese measurements on economic subject “NNT Gushtenja” has not presented the actual state on the ground in relation to the cadastral state by data and co-ordination.
According to the Prosecutor's Geodesic measurements and its recordings, conflict with the geodical measurements/incirculations of the ZKK, so the object in question is contrary to the terms of construction permits and the project.
For what, Bisselman is suspected of the criminal act of “misusing official position or authority”.
Criminal work “has access to official duty or authority” by Article 1414, paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1 of the Penal Code, sentenced to fines and imprisonment of three to ten years.
