The government of the Republic of Kosovo has held the 27th consecutive meeting, during which it has adopted three verdicts.
At this meeting, the decision was passed on general and special measures for controlling, preventing, and combating the Comid-19 pandemic.
The report reportedly has balanced the interest of preserving public health and economic interest, taking measures which on one side enable increased economic activity, while on the other control and prevent distribution of COVID-19.
“The measures undertaken through this decision do not determine, in any case the obligation of mandatory vaccine, as restrictions imposed on the public can be met with the presentation of vaccination status, the result of a test that concludes that the person is not infected with the COVID-19, or that the person has been cured by COVID-19 and has enough antibodies of”, the communiqué says.
Furthermore, at today's Government Meeting, the decision to extend the mandate of Health Ministry Secretary General Mr. Naim Bardiqi for four more (4) years.
The government cabinet's approval today has been granted by the Health Ministry's request for the provisional engagement of 1,116 (a hundred and sixteen) health professionals and staff supporting the management of pandemic and supporting the vaccine process against COVID-19, for three months, with the possibility of continuing for another three months (MFPT), at a total of 3,192,854 (three million and one hundred ninety-two thousand eight hundred fifty-four euros).

For general and special measures for control, prevention and fighting of COVID-19 pandemic
A. [Territorial implementation]
1. This decision applies throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
B. [The entry and exits of foreign citizens from the Republic of Kosovo]
2. All citizens who enter the Republic of Kosovo, including those with temporary or permanent permission to stay in Kosovo and who come from high-risk countries according to the official list of Kosovo's National Public Health Institute ( IKPK, I need

C. [Protection and security at work]
4. Pregnant women are released from their obligation to perform physically at work. Public or private employers are instructed to create an opportunity to work at home, as long as it is applicable.
C. [General measures of protection and hygiene]
5. Public and private institutions, as well as other subjects, are subjected to holding hand disinfectants and masks at available locations, at the entrances to the object, as well as in the internal environments.
6. Public and private institutions, as well as other subjects, are under way to place visible signs of behavior rules for protection from COVIDD-19, including the sign of stopping access to uncathed objects, as well as respect for distance.

D. [Institutions of Education]
11. Public and private institutions of all educational levels continue to teach according to relevant guidelines for the education sector.
Twelve. All public and private institutions of all educational levels are prohibited from organizing group trips and walks.
Goat. [Present for social and pension schemes]
13. The Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers is instructed to free all beneficiaries of social and pension schemes, managed by MPT by regular submission to relevant offices for ID purposes, as required by relevant laws.
E. [Confirming public and private meetings]
14. Closed gatherings are allowed (gathering, seminars, training), provided 30% of space capacity is exploited. The organiser is obliged to maintain the physical distance of at least 1m between people, according to evidence defined at the 17th point of this decision.
15. Outdoor gatherings, social gatherings (festivals, concerts, etc.) are allowed provided that 50% of space capacity is exploited, according to evidence set out at the 17th point of this decision.
F. [night clubs and parties]
16. From August 2021 to September 1, 2021, the event of nightclubs, weddings, engagements, family parties and senior evenings is banned throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
G. [Entering, exploitation and organisation of certain activities]
17. From August 20, 2021 to September 1, 2021, access to gathering facilities, gatherings (festivals, concerts), sports and cultural events that have the capacity of over 100 people, as well as the organisation of these activities, are allowed only if customers/partors possess one of the following evidence:
17.1 vaccine certificate for full vaccine or taking a dose of vaccine against COVID-19;
17.2 RT-PCR negative test for COVID-19, no older than 72 hours;
17.3 Evidence that the person has passed COVID-19 (test RT- Positive PCR released no less than 21 days and no more than 180 days or positive results of the test

18. From August 20, 2021 to September 01, 2021, one of the supposed evidence at the point

21. Gastronomial services, including restaurants and similar hotel spaces, are allowed to work until 10:30 p.m. and to carry on their activities in line with the appropriate guide. Locked space allows activists up to 50% of capacity
