At the 32nd Government Meeting, Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said that with the increase in the number of new cases and fatalities, institutions are obliged to tighten measures to prevent further spread of the virus.
We've proposed the anti-unedemic measures in relation to the epidemiology situation by being careful to maintain the ratio between health and economics. The main measures envision the start of the new school year until 13 September.
Now citizens entering Kosovo from border points will be required evidence of vaccine, test PCR of the last 72 hours or that of the last 30 days, regardless of their citizenship. On the contrary, they must sign the declaration under the oath of self-awareness for seven days.
Gastronomia is limited to working hours. It will only work in open-air areas until 9:30.
The circulation of citizens is limited by 10:00 p.m.
Health Minister Arben Vitita has called the tribulation of the masses necessary. He has ruled out the possibility of taking new measures if the situation continues to deteriorate.
The new measures will take effect as of tomorrow, August 29th.
