Albanian commando translator in Afghanistan: Help me, I deserve to be killed by Taliban

Kaosin, where Afghanistan is involved after the U.S. Army's departure and the fears that the Taliban are sowing every day at NATO Army collaborators, brings another Afghan translator who has helped Albanian military missions there. Depressed by the situation he faces appeals for assistance to Albanian authorities.

I worked for two and a half years with Albanian boys. One of them was on the captain's wheel for me. I provided them with information so that they would be safe. We were in Kabul, but the information was about different areas and came from different sources to prevent attacks on Albanian military and other NATO-S” members, he said.

The Albanian commando translator tells us what he is experiencing these days in the power of the Taliban.

It's a catastrophic situation. The Taliban are everywhere. I can't leave home to buy food or do something else. I'm trapped in the house. We don't have electricity. We got nothing. It's chaos. We had some reserve-shaped food from last week and that's where we're currently using”.

Through Top Channel he makes this appeal to his Albanian military friends and the government of our country.

I ask him to get me out of here. We helped them through difficult times by saving their lives. Now is the time to save our lives. If the Taliban catch me they won't be spared to kill me and my family, all because of my job. They have no mercy. If they find me, as a person who worked for Americans and Albanians, my life ends. I appeal to Albanians. Please help me. I helped you through difficult times. We don't expect Kabul to fall into the hands of the Taliban so quickly. I was working and suddenly heard that the Taliban arrived in Kabul. I've been out of the house ever since. My life is in danger. I have two children. My wife and I are near to death. My wife and my two children do not deserve to be killed by Taliban. Do you believe it would be a good thing for us to die in the hands of the Taliban, cutting off our heads? Please help us survive this” situation.

spokesperson for the Zubiullah Mujaheded two days ago promised amnesty for American collaborators, but Afghan translator explains why this is not true.

I don't believe in that exactly because they recently killed two translators and are searching from house to house to find out who worked with foreigners. Taliban these days have killed two Afghan commandos, including others who have worked for the government. I don't believe what the Taliban say because they won't stick to what they say. They'll retaliate”, he said.
