Aktakuza to USKUK director is charged with incorrect property reporting

According to the indictment compiled in June of this year, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina charges Lenin with exact non-reporting of property for the reporting year at the Anti-Corruption Agency (AKK), so the same one has not declared his wife's business and has not declared the annual revenues of over 5 thousand euros.

The incident, provided by “Justice Vow”, turns out to be compiled on June 24th 2021.

As said in the indictment, Basri Lenyan, in the quality of the top public official, is accused of not accurately declaring his wealth for January 1st through December 31, 2019, at the Anti-Corruption Agency (AKK), in a way that the same one has not declared the business of his wife Fatime Lenyan by the name “S O RAL DENT” and has also not declared annual revenues in the amount of 5,125.55 euros, where 2,763.13 euros have been admitted to the quality of the senior public official from USKKKUK, while the amount of 2,441.10 euros has been accepted by the Private College of Medical Sciences “Rezonion” in the quality of the associate professor.

For this, he is accused of committing criminal work “not reporting or reporting false wealth, gifts, other material benefit or financial obligations” by Article 430 paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, the work punishable by fine and imprisonment of six centuries (6) to five (5) years.
