The Voice of America has learned that it's about just over 100 people who worked as NATO contractors who will be with their families.
Authorities have not yet disclosed any additional information about their home, but have indicated they will house about 2,000 Afghan citizens.
The Kosovo government has approved the “requirement for providing temporary and immediate protection to persons endangered by the internal conflict in Afghanistan, who are in the process of applying for Special Visas (SIV) of the United States of America, including their families”.
The United States called on Kosovo and Albania to accept a number of Afghans who have worked with American forces, who are afraid of revenge from the Taliban, who took control of the country following the withdrawal of foreign troops.
