The woman dies after falling off a cliff while celebrating her 33th birthday

A young woman has suffered a tragic fall from a rock while celebrating her birthday in Australia.

Fernanda Morella was enjoying her 33rd birthday when she fell off the famous rocks in Cangaroo Point in Brisbane.

Emergency services were called yesterday afternoon when Fernanda, originally from Brazil, was found at the foot of the rocky face.

Despite doctors trying to bring her back to life, she was declared dead on the scene.
