Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq declared he is grateful to the US emissary for the Western Balkans, Matthew Palmer and US Embassy officials for their insistence on forming the Association of Major Serb municipalities in Kosovo, Report Express broadcast.

“I am not sure that someone will want to hear it in Pristina. They are not interested in this”, Vuciq said.

Asked to comment on the fact that the resolution on condemning the genocide in Srebrenica was adopted today in the Kosovo Assembly, he said he had warned this.

The only thing that surprises me is that Podgorica was more diligent than Pristina”, Vuciq said.

Such resolutions will continue. We can avoid them in some parliaments thanks to friendly relations, and some will continue with the political abuse of Serbs”, Vuciq added.

He refused to comment on the visit to Kosovo by US General Wesley Clark, who led the bombings over Serbia.
