Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq has said Serbia is willing to do something to facilitate Kosovo's participation in the initiative, which was recently named “Open Balkan”.
Vuciq said it is okay for Kosovo instead of the star to use a sign as a square to introduce itself.
When someone is prepared to enter this initiative then they can. If any relief is required from Serbia and it is derogatory for you to write Kosovo with a star, then enter a square Kosovo, it is not a problem. Do something to cooperate and achieve results. Do not make excuses that there is co-operation, that the economy is functioning or that citizens are not living better.
Vuciq has said Bosnia and Montenegro have no problems with Serbia and are participating.
