PDK MP Chief Abelard Tahiri has asked the Kurti Government whether there is a clear stand for the Washington Agreement.
“The removal of point 10 for mutual recognition, our final goal should be to seat at the UN, not recognition. We can never establish diplomatic relations between the two states, but being part of the UN is empowering international subjectivity. As a state, the final goal always has to be organized to the UN. It's not a welcome meeting at the White House. We have no doubt, and we never suspect alone in the U.S. commitment to empowering our country. Today all recognitions are with the U.S. engagement. Unfortunately today, we are seeing a lot of fog, uncertainty, even foreign policy. Despite what happened at the White House, it has been part of a process of co-ordination with the EU. What is important to us today is the clarity of the Government in foreign policy, just as it comes to this agreement. You know the statements of Minister Gervalla, who has said it is a harmful deal, the deputy prime minister says it is not a binding agreement, and other government officials say even that this is not a” agreement, Tahiri has said.
You told us you didn't have to read such a plan, you have a document you need to implement”, Tahiri said.
