The federal prosecutor's office in Karlsruhe has stated that Alla Moussa, who came to Germany in 2015 and practiced medicine before last year's arrest, was charged with 18 counts of prosecution for torturing people in military hospitals in Syrian cities of Homs and Damascus.
The claims also include the charge that Moussa proved to spoil human fertility, reports Guardian, translates Periscope.
The federal charge charges him with murder, serious bodily injuries, and so forth.
Prosecutors said that after the start of the uprising against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in 2011, protesters had been arrested and severely tortured. /Periscope
