Agron Krasniqi, Haziri Krasniqi's defence lawyer, has said his client has rejected the invitation and is on summer vacation. The lawyer said the accused would attend the next session, which was scheduled for 14 September by Judge Njazi Morina.
During the period 2016, 2017, and 2018, accused Hazir Krasniqi during the exercise of economic activity, as the owner of the subject “Yehoma shpk”, has not declared his gathering over that period in opposition to the No. 03L-222 Law, for Kosovo Tax Administration, the statement states.
According to the indictment, the accused has made his statement avoiding the real value of circulation for the verifiable periods, so that for the 2016s, 2017, and 2018, from illegal action, he has avoided basic taxes in a total of 51 thousand and 399 euros.
For this, he is accused of committing criminal work “The use of economic authorization” by Article 290 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.3, by KPRK. This work is fined and sentenced to imprisonment of six months to five years.
