The judge of the preliminary procedure, Nicolas Guillou, has proposed that the upcoming conference on the performance of the case against Thaci, Veselin, Selimi's Krasniqi be held on 13 September or 14 September.
The prosecution and defence attorneys agreed.
Prosecution No Date for Starting Trial
The judge of the preliminary procedure, Nicolas Guillou, demanded that the Specialised Prosecutor's Office show whether it still stands for October, as the deadline for handing over the preliminary file, and at which stage the prosecution is.
From the SPS said they have no date for the start of the trial and that investigations “will continue for the foreseeable future”, adding that investigations are at an advanced stage.
The defence said the prosecution cannot make endless investigations and added that until it gets all materials extracted from the SPS, it cannot build their own defence.
