“It is the official state policy, which does not change in relation to the political party or parties that would be in power at a certain moment”, he told the Serbian Curir and added that such an attitude would not change even if Madrid officially opened the office in Pristina.
According to him, Spain has always supported respecting UN Security Council Resolution 1244 and called for meeting obligations from the Brussels Agreement, which, in his opinion, should be the basis for actual negotiations between Pristina and Belgrade.
