Soeva: The place where Beau Biden was first honoured

Kosovo's flag, along with that American flag, waves at each other.

They are near the memorial in the village of Soeva, which the citizens of Ferizaj built in honor of the son of US President Joe Biden.

They honoured Beau Biden for his contribution to the rule of law in Kosovo.

Faton Haxhi Salihu, the mastermind of this memorial, relates how he had come up with this idea.

But this memorial, and the appointment of a street on behalf of President Biden's honorary son, are not the only honours that Kosovo renders to the friendly Beden family.

This Sunday, President Osmani will also present presidential medals for rule of law in honour of Beau Biden.

Not only on behalf of the boy, another road a few metres away bears the name of Kosovo Independence Supporter, the first of the American state, Joe Biden.

Even in a postman next to the street by his name there is no thank you for the president.

All of this according to civil society in this city is said to be a blessing to America.

Gashi adds that this medal from the president only increased and urged America to help Kosovo more politically.

A park will be built in the village where the Beau Biden statue is located.

According to project designers, it will grasp the value of over 800 thousand euros.
