He was convicted after being considered anti-lawed had benefited the only political operator and monopolist “Traincos”, damaging the company “Railtrans” worth 1.2m euros.
The prosecution had considered that Mucaj had issued a decision dealing with the revocation of the license to transport goods to the company “RailTrans”.
The act against him was established in October 2015.
But, apparently, even this prison sentence for corruption did not suffice for Avdyllader Mucaj not to sit in such an important state position.
Periscop sent questions to the Ministry of Defense to confirm such news, and that was the answer:
“According to Law No. 06/L-14 for public officials, Article 52 The Defence Ministry has made temporary completion through transfer for a period of up to six (6) months, the position of Legal Department Director, with Mr. Avdylkader Muqaj, who has been Legal Director of the Railway Regulatory Authority. ”
Mucaj has replaced Krenare Sogojevo Dermak, who was appointed by the Kurti Government a few days ago, to the position of Private Agency Commissioner.
