One of his questions was even though he decided to go public with his charges only now in 2021.
I didn't choose to publicize my accusations. I was forced because I was exposed as a beacon. Simmons.
I didn't choose that course of action. Always take action according to proper channels.
The truth is that I and the other judges have raised this case [of Serbian criminals] because we were concerned that the Special Court would be perceived as biased judges. One of the explanations was that most of the Serb defenders were in Serbia.
