yesterday's testimony to former EULEX Justices President Malcolm Simmons was too heavy for the EULEX mission itself, but mostly these scandals that were shown would burden the member states of the European Union and the European Union [EU]. Why? Is that so? Simmons said that actually [...]
Is that so? Simmons has said that in fact these member states do not recognise the independence of the Republic of Kosovo.
He accused these embassies of holding regular meetings and of having influenced the EULEX trial.
Unfortunately, so far we have had no resignation from any position, while Kosovo has brought no protest marks to either of these states.
For Mr. Simmons, which is clear that they are true also based on Kosovo's political life and flagrant interference in Kosovars' political rights, has first reacted to the German Embassy.
“Very convincing and inclusive denier of EULEX for groundless claims. I just wonder why the Assembly of Kosovo still offers former judges Simmons a platform to continue this deinformation campaign”, German Ambassador Rohde wrote.
Simmons has accused these embassies of having been interested in condemning certain people in Kosovo politics even with no evidence of what constitutes flagrant human rights violations.
He stated yesterday that these states should understand that “Kosovo was an independent and sovereign state”. /Periscope
