The Commission for Business, Work and Transfere has approved the report with amendments to the draft budget review bill. The same was praised by the majority, until it was criticised by the opposition, who also said power is behaving presumptuously by bypassing all their demands.
LDK MP Avdullah Hoti said the majority should change the approach, as he considers the lack of co-operation even on important issues for the country.
“I hope this spirit of cooperation is changed, but I regret the way you've passed the amendments. MP Hamza, who has also been former finance minister, has given full comments, not amendments that have budgetary implications, but comments on how some of the amendments can improve for the budget to become more functional. I also gave two-quarters of proposals to improve some of the amendments that you as chairman only put to the polls by overvoted. This is not the right way and this approach must be changed”, he said.
But such a thing was denied by LVV deputy Eman Nqman, who said it is exactly the opposition that is not reflecting to co-operate.
According to him, if it is thus far used to becoming “pazare” in drafting and reviewing the budget, such things will already happen.
This gathering and the previous meeting have also been an opportunity for the opposition's co-operation and reflection to co-operate on projects that are in the interest of the citizen. Because you have witnessed that last meeting of the commission has rejected requests from the ministries that have come. Of course, the demands from municipalities that their demands have no basis to consider... if it has so far become accustomed to a practice where even in revisions there are deals with subjects and deputies, I think this time has now passed, and from now on it will be worked where the citizens' interest is”, said Cantman.
However, AAK deputy Pal Lekaj said power has made <x0pazar” with the review of the budget, as the only amendment from the past opposition has been to MP Albena Resiti, who has voted for the president's election.
“has become unfair to the demands of mayors who have been three-year projects. But almost 80 per cent of these projects have been banned because of the budget. None of them, I agree to new projects, but those codes that are existing that have contracts and the contractor has obligations to employers have had to be more realistic. Have cooperation among ourselves... (Deputate) who has voted for the president and her request has been approved on this commission, Albena Resitaj has been approved on this commission, here which is smelly. I don't think we've been shopping with anyone. The only amendment he's passed is by Albena Reshua. This is unfair when others are neither taken into account”, he stressed.
The chairman of the Commission from LVV's ranks, Armend Muja, denied this, who said that “patari” alone has been minimising public debt.
We didn't do any possible shopping. The only one has been conditionally to say was to minimize the public debt”, Muja said.
Criticality to this bill addressed the deputy PDK, Mergim Lushtaku, who said it fails to meet the citizens' demands.
