The National Auditor's Office during physical examinations at the headquarters of the Ministry of Health has been found 14 thousand and 220 insulin in the expired term, writes Schneta newspaper.
These insulins have cost the state budget 36 thousand and 261 euros. Officials responsible for the UN warehouse have argued with lack of supply requirements.
“During the physical examination, we've noted over 36,261m (insulin 14,220 pieces) in the central drug depot. According to Pharmacy Division officials at the ministry, the medicines have not been distributed in the absence of demand by the research unit”, the ZKA report said.
The audience has said that the expiration of the drug deadline affects the NA's financial loss, as well as requires additional costs for their annihilation, so better planning has been required.
We remember that in Kosovo there has been a lack of insulin for several months, as the MSH failed to make the time supply.
