Serbian playwright apologises to Albanians for all Serbian crimes

It is impossible to suppress the Arnaut [Albanians] only with gradual colonization ... The only way and means is the brutal force of an organized state government, in which we have always been upon them... Only one country inhabited by its people will survive. The signing [of this] is not Hitler, Goebbels, and others on their way.
“Dation of the [Albanians] ” is the memorandum written in 1937 by Vasa Chubrilovovic, then docent at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, for the Serbian Cultural Club, which was then headed by Slobodan Jovanovic and Dragisa Vasic.
As Serbian playwright Cedomir Petrovic writes, in an authorial text published in the newspaper “Danas”, the “Memorandium of Cubriloviq is considered one of the fundamental documents of the Serbian and XX century ideology, in which the ideas Serbian authorities used during the breakup of Yugoslavia with the purpose of ethnic cleansing of Albanians, Muslims and Croats.
Anti-Albanian crimes were also carried out during the Balkan wars, the military and police forces of the Kingdom of Serbia and the Kingdom of Montenegro. 120,000 Albanians, both genders and all ages” were killed, Petrovic writes.
He further writes that Milan Stojadinovic's “government failed to implement the memorandum. The reason, the beginning of World War II, and the collapse of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia”.
Substitute communicators will reject Vasa Cubilovic's ideas, but Milosevic will double-handedly accept the plan to expel Albanians from Kosovo in 1999, in the operation, called Bitkoi. The plan will include a massive, animal campaign of ethnic cleansing conducted by Serb forces in Kosovo during the 1998 and 1999” conflict, Petrovic writes.
He says that “according to Cubriloviq, colonials should be given weapons and lead to a direct conflict between Montenegrins and Albanians in Kosovo”.
The “needed rioting and fear among the Albanian people. With threats or money you are forced to move. The application of huge cash fines to them, in a life that is both difficult and poor, logging forests and taking to forced labor... The ruthless collection of taxes, the seizure of state and municipal pastures. Chubrilovic also proposes pressure on the faith, humiliation of religious clergymen, digging the cemetery, stopping polygamy. The secret burning of Albanian villages and neighbourhoods in towns”, Petrovic, part of the notorious memorandum, reveals.
Furthermore, he writes that “Vasa Chubrilovic, academic, historian, double minister, university professor, winner of “Theatre prices” and “July 7th”, member of the Revolutionary Organisation “The New Bosnja” and participants in the assassinations, became one of the final creators of Serbian's birth”.
About 10,000 Kosovo Albanians were killed in the three bloody and insane months of 1999. The then RFJ military and police, under the control of the state leadership, expelled over 850,000 Albanians from Kosovo”.
The persecuted [Albanians] “citizens, border authorities [Serbian military and police forces] confiscated personal documents and other citizenship evidence, systematically wiping out their identity”.
“Milosevic ordered that all corpses in Kosovo, who could be of interest to The Hague tribunal, should be annihilated. During 1998 and 1999, Serbian police and military forces committed major destructions, massacres, arsons, wells poisonings, rapes, robbery, murder of civilians...”
The Serbian dramaturge says the most terrible <x0 crimes, which a healthy human mind cannot accept, took place in 1998 in Prekaz, in the Drenica area”.
Serbian military police, armed with tanks, self - moving weapons and artillery surrounded the Jashari family's house, and for three days and three nights they shot indiscriminately against women, children, seniors and other civilians. Helicopters and military vehicles poured sandals on the roofs of the village's houses and then police forces entered the village, shooting at houses”.
Serbian security forces, with the help of the Serbian Army, killed 56 members of the Ademi Jashar family. Between 18 women and 10 children. The seed was destroyed and genocide committed against a family of”.
After all these monstrous crimes, whose images can be compared to images of fascist crimes from World War II ... Should the Republic of Kosovo, after all, recognize the Republic of Serbia?”, asks the Serbian playwright, broadcast the Telegrafi.
He further writes that “Every animal and every man in this sad world has the right to defend himself when someone attacks him. As a people in one country, they were supposed to wait to be killed, to the last?
Many Albanians who were supporters of non-violent politics, following crimes against the Jashari family, resorted to armed resistance”.
“A number of policemen who participated in shares against Albanians in Kosovo are still considered war heroes in Serbia. The investigation in Serbia is slow because many have left the country, while some of the perpetrators are still in the ranks of police”.
“History must be told, true history, for the mad crimes of one nation against another and for its nation”, Petrovic writes.
“They [Serbs] even killed Serbs”
Petrovic says Serb military forces have also killed Serbs in Kosovo.
Two masked assailants, wearing black-signed KLA uniforms, entered the Pandaque café in Pec and killed six young Serbian nationals with automatic weapons. That was 22 years ago. The massacre was organised by Serbia's State Security Service”.
Petrovic says “was necessary to appear The KLA before the international public as a terrorist organisation and justify the actions of Serbian forces on Kosovo territory”.
“I believed in my country in Serbia, whose fighters are right, but it seems that it [Serbia] created monsters that were able to sacrifice innocent children. They planted hatred. I don't know how it is possible for Serbia to give birth to such monsters. What are they?”, Petrovic shows, the shocking words of Milena, the mother of one of the young Serbs killed at the bar “Panda” by Serbian forces, broadcast Telegrafi.
“There was no Albanian near the site of the event, but only Serbian military and police forces --” -- he indicates.
He further says “killed Oliver Ivanoviqi. Tangle. Behind your back. So only the biggest cowards kill”.
And death speaks quietly... All traces of killers and inventors lead to Belgrade. And who knows how many other atrocities were committed by the Serbian military and police, disguised in KLA uniforms?
I apologize for all the sins of my people against the Albanian people. And we will forgive their sins”, Petrovic writes.
And let those Serbs who have not committed crimes come to Kosovo, and let them wish for their first neighbours a happy, independent life and freedom in their Republic of Kosovo”.
We want them to become full members of UN, EU, NATO, U NESTO, Interpol and all other organisations that also belong to the Republic of Kosovo”.
For Serbs and Albanians to start living a peaceful and secure life together. After all the sufferings that have been experienced in their history, as few peoples in the world, Albanians in Kosovo, await the beginning of life that their ancestors dreamed of, the beginning for those who will come and will never again be treated as a people or a lower race”.
“Dation between us doesn't, if they appear, will be to our damage”
Petrovic quoted former Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic, who said: “I say, look into the future, look at the future and you and I will meet there ...”
I believe he wouldn't get mad at me, for writing: Look to the future, look to the future and there in the EU, Kosovo, Serbia and Albania will meet again, and all those who were once part of a country -- a good country, Yugoslavia” -- has written Petrovic.
