Darko Trifunovic, who in Kosovo opinion became known through documentary V The IRUSSIA has said that criminal groups in Serbia are linked to Serbia's security structures, starting with the Serbian intelligence service BIA, individuals who have led the service respectively.

“As a society (in Serbia v.j.) we are insecure because there are criminal organisations that have people in the police and politics. If criminal group leader Velko Belivuk has been arrested, this does not mean that his organisation and other criminal organisations have been eliminated”, Trifunovic has told a Serbian television in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He has further said that the big problem is when criminal groups have their own people in state institutions.

“is the case of the secretary of state at Serbia's Ministry of Internal Affairs, Dijana Krkalovic, who has been the leader of BIA and later the head of the ministry, who has not even been questioned about its links to criminal groups”, has declared Darko Trifunovic.

His story during the interview, he stressed even more in the fact that criminal groups that create people like Krkalovic and some foreign intelligence services, which Trifunovic said are mostly Russian.

And its connection to these intelligence services is that it's still protected. The fact that all these arrests of criminal groups in Serbia have been launched by the US agency known as DEA, which acts to destroy such criminal groups, which, in the first place, have Russian support”, he has underlined.
