These secret documents reveal a multi-million London financing for Serbia to support the Pristina government.
These documents were issued by investigative journalist Keith Clarenberg, who has investigated the role of intelligence services in policy formation.
In September 2020, Pristina and Belgrade were hired for normalisation of economic relations, reports B92, conveys periskopi.
However, at the political level, this agreement has not interfered much with Kosovo and Serbia continuing negotiations in Brussels.
Recent decoupled files show London is seeking to finish the job, not with brutal force, but with [like] manipulation.
The programme, titled “Task Force in Kosovo and Serbia” with a 5 million pounds budget for 2020-2022, aims to create great support among Serbs for the Kosovo government, challenging identities based on identity to achieve social change at the national level.
In other words, Britain is trying to reduce tensions among the local population and resolve their divisions.
The “communities in Kosovo and Serbia will be stronger to stand up to the earthquakes that distribute or generate conflict” BAR it says.
