According to Zaharova's data, on the German Foreign Ministry website, in part of the recommendations for visits to foreign countries, Kosovo says: the organised <x0 crime is widespread. Hundreds of thousands of illegal small arms units are in the hands of private individuals in Kosovo”.
According to her, these purchases are opportunities for increased crime, not opportunities for strengthening security in the country
