According to the report, the Special has ordered the continuation of the detention measure against Jakup Krasniqi, who could present the parapets for the next detention review by 9 August this year or until 19 August of this year.

The same decision applies to Rexhep Selimi, who could also present the parameters for the next review of the detention measure by the high date.

Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi are in custody in The Hague since November last year.

In the Special Court's indictment, Krasniqi is accused of persecution, imprisonment, arbitrary detention, other inhuman acts, cruel treatment, torture, murder, unlawful murder and forced disappearance of persons, while Selimi is accused of criminal acts involving war crimes, as well as illegal or arbitrary detention, cruel treatment, torture and unlawful crimes against humanity, imprisonment, other inhumane acts, forced disappearance of persons and persecution.

The works Krasniqi and Selimi are accused of, according to Specialised Chambers, allegedly were carried out between 1998-1999.
