The Ministry of Culture Disciplinary Commission has suspended the director of the QKK from duty after his return from the International Film Festival in Cannes.
Contacted by Telegrafi on the issue, Zharku said it is a common procedure until the MKRS Commission addresses issues raised by the council.
It's true for my suspension. It's a normal suspension procedure until the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Commission addressed issues raised by the Steering Council and dated”, Arben Zharku said.
Zharku was nominated to the position of director of the QKK in February 2018.
The same few days ago was present at the Cannes International Film Festival, in support of two local cinematographic projects “Wilden lionesses” films that were participating in this year's edition.
There was Kosovo Government Chief Albin Kurti, along with his wife and daughter in support of the Kosovo delegation.
