That is because they have not agreed to declare their wealth according to the laws in power. K The SHC has once again been without a quorum after the nearly September meeting today for making decisions on accreditment of research programmes, Klan Kosova reports.
The lack of software accredited has been discussed in the Assembly as well.
Education Minister Arberie Nagavci had said this is happening because the State Council of Quality sʹ has been functional to discredit programmes, while former Education Minister Hykmete Bajrami had charged K The SHC is delaying accreditation with the aim of favouring private universities.
The competition for student admission is expected to open about 20 August.
