Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, held the second meeting in Brussels Monday under talks on normalising relations between the two countries, but without any reconciliation. At this meeting Prime Minister Kurti has said that the parties in Brussels have given some historical books on Serbian crimes in Kosovo, until Vuciqi had refused these books.
Official PSD, Nol Niushi at “Debat Plus”, says it is inappropriate that we go to Brussels with books and teach Europe history.
I think it's totally naive to think that Europe doesn't know what crimes happened in the Balkans, and Prime Minister Kurti wants to open their eyes to the world for Kosovo. To think that Europe doesn't know the truth, and we're showing them with seventh grade books, it's naivet”, he said, follows the telegram.
Niushi says Albin Kurti is obliged to fulfil the agreement, otherwise, things will not go well for Kosovo.
“If the dialogue is blocked, Kosovo is not internationally recognised, visas are not liberalised and we are not recognised by half of the world”, Nushi said.
He says we are not in 1999 the whole world has seen Serbia as a aggressor.
