After analysis of discussions within the structures, The PSD has decided not to participate in local elections to be held on 17 October 2021.
This decision does not come because we've made some priority hierarchy where local elections are not at first. We are convinced that even these elections, as if the parliamentary elections are corresponding to the political war we will not accept. The number, the law and the force are the terms that draw power. Our position is outside them, both outlook and practice.
At the same time, today we have delegated to the Kamenica Workers Group and Chairman Kastrati the decision on eventual participation in the Kamenica municipality. Each recognition of them is acceptable to us.
