Prizren construction inspector sentenced to 10 months in prison, with over 21,000 euros

The N.M. construction inspector in Prizren's municipality has been found guilty of misuse of official office. So announced the Constitutional Court in Prizren.

The court has indicated the case of the N.M. abuses of official duty.

“In the time period since 2016-2017 in Prizren in the quality of the official person . .hox2> construction inspector in Prizren, exploiting duty or official authority does not meet his official duties with the aim of profiting for the other, investors “................ .... ... ” owner of N.K., and investor “........... .. He is sentenced to jail terms of 10 months, and is also obliged to have the Prizren municipality compensated for the damage inflicted on two objects in the amount of 21 thousand and 551 euros and 58 cents.

Against the Court, in the sense of the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure, the JYXON defendant: The N.M., with the conviction of BURGIM in 10 (ten) months. O BLIGOUS indictee N.M., for Prizren's municipality to compensate for the damage inflicted on two objects in the amount of 21,551,85 euros. The N.M. defendants are prohibited from exercising office in public administration in the two-year term. After declaring the indictment, the chairman of the court has announced that, within the legal deadline, all parties in the procedure will accept full-fledged, written and rational prejudice”, shown in the court's communiqués.
