Fire in Pristina municipality facility, workers evacuated

The Pristina municipality reports it received information about 1500 for the explosion of a fire from an electric trafo in the municipality's new facility in the Dragodan neighbourhood.

It's immediately evacuated staff as well as citizens around the area.

According to the Pristina municipality's announcement, the situation is brought under control by relevant teams.

You are informed that the fire is being placed under control and extinguished. The fire department is at the scene together with the Public Services Directorate, the Kosovo Department of Inspection, the Kosovo Police, KEDS as well as the emergency team. In order to avoid danger from a new fire, municipal workers as well as citizens have been evacuated over time, while the work has been shut down for the day. The causes of the fire are being investigated”, reported in Komuna announcement
