According to the media communiqué, the prosecution's request has been made with the suspicion based that the same in co-ordination have carried out the same criminal work “heavy body implementation”, from Article 186 paragraph 3, regarding paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.3, regarding Article 31, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The prosecution reports that the case occurred on July 22, 2021, in the village of Senik, the Malisheva municipality, following a preliminary dispute between the two suspects, U.L. and F.M., and the injured D. St.
