Police seize suspected plants like Canabis Sveva

By 1607.2021, the Kosovo Police Directorate for Narcotics Trafficking Investigation -- the regional unit in Gjakova after receiving preliminary information that in the backyard of the suspect's house, A.D. (1970) There are allegedly cultivated several plants allegedly to be Canabis Stresa and co-ordination with justice authorities, have carried out a raid operation with the support of the Gjakova Speed Response Unit.

During the implementation of the investigation police operation in the suspect's house, they have been seized as material evidence:

• One hundred and forty - eight (148) suspected plants as plants of the Cannabis Sivata type length of 30 cm to three feet [30 cm].

State prosecutor who has instructed that the case for criminal work be initiated “Constructuring has been announced on the case of hashish, cocaine or cannabis plants”, taking samples from plants and destroying them.

Suspected plants after receiving that some samples on the part of the technical crime unit have been destroyed by burning.

At the order of the prosecutor, the suspect has been released in regular judicial procedure. Also seized during the raid is a (1) weapons with Gaz (CO2), while the case remains under investigation by the Directorate for Narcotics Trafficking Investigation- Regional Gjakova unit.
