This embassy also referred to the announcement of the Emergency State of the Decani municipality, appeals to American citizens and staff in Kosovo, to abide by certain rules.
Among them is the avoidance of water supply from faucet to the Decani municipality.
The embassy has also demanded that American citizens report to friends and family for security.
