In the Kosovo Criminal Code, in criminal acts against marriage and family, Article 237 tells exactly what happens to those who carry out the work Bigamia.
Bigham in Albanian falls married to two women at once.
Exactly on code No.06/L-074 Penal of the Republic of Kosovo, says that anyone who connects with another marriage until he is married is sentenced to prison for up to a (1) year.
At Article 237, the second point says that anyone who engages in marriage with the person he knows is married is sentenced to punishment by paragraph 1. of this mother.
“If after committing criminal acts by this article, the previous marriage is no longer valid, broken or interrupted, prosecution for the work from this article is not started, and if the prosecution is started, it must be executed”, said in the Penal Code.
