(5 years ago)Following the 13-year-old violation by Janjevo last month, the Kosovo Women's Network organised protests before the Centre for Social Affairs in Lipjan to seek justice and institutional responsibility. According to the Women's Network, this institution had neglected the case, since it was informed, but has not taken [...] steps.
“The police's statement specifically shows that the Centre for Social Affairs has been aware that the minor has suffered violence, has been homeless and have not reacted in time. We're here to protest and seek accounts from the QPS and the market of what happened”, she said.
