With six votes for, one against and one abstention, the Commission for Agriculture, Forestry, Rural Development, Environment and Spatial Planning and Infrastructure Plan, has initiated the dismissal of the Railway Regulatory Authority Board and has been sent to the Assembly for approval.
For voting MPs on this commission, deputy The PDK has been opposed, while the LDK deputy has abstained.
LVV deputy Salih Zyba, who said that even at previous meetings he has given reasons why the Board should be dismissed, while citing negative assessments made to the board's work.
“In the report that was and in the discussions we have made in particular through the form that we have given a negative assessment of the work of this board, I consider today the issue is only about voting”, he said.
Against the dismissal was the deputy PDK, Fadil Nura, who said the auditing report on this board was among the best.
For those who voted against the agenda, for the very fact that this point of the agenda was introduced, because we appreciate it's unreasonable, we've analyzed it well, we've seen the audience report on this Bord, who's been one of the best. So, I don't see a reason... I'm basically against”, he said.
While LDK deputy Besian Mustafa has abstained in the vote, arguing he opposes the collective vote and has demanded that performance assessment be made for each member separately.
I don't want to and neither can we here prejudge our assessments, but I believe the assessments as they were individual assessments when these board members were selected, I think that even estimates should be individual on their performance. So if we have a proposal for 1, 2, 3 and all the board members, but apart. I would rather have a review, an assessment of the performance of members of the Board separately and vote for each member separately, and I have a problem in principle with collective voting”, he said.
