The hearing will begin at 10:00.

This session is aimed at marking one of the most important events in Kosovo's newest history, July 2nd of 1990, the day 111 delegates to the Kosovo Parliament, in circumstances of Serbian police and military statehood, in front of the doors of the Parliament building adopted one of the historic constitutional documents for Kosovo's future political status: The Constitutional Declaration for Kosovo, an independent entity under the then former Yugoslav Frontier.

A fragment of the documentary film titled “ -- the projector of Kosovo's state subjectivity” -- will also be shown at this solemn meeting of the Kosovo Assembly, author Nuhi Bytyci.

This documentary testifies to the scientific contribution of academic Gazmend Zajmi to the drafting of the Constitutional Declaration, its presentations in conferences, symposiums and other international and national scientific gatherings concerning the argumentation of the Kosovo people's right to self-rule, the secession from conquering Serbia, for Kosovo independent and sovereign state, as well as its vision of national union. / KP
