Toby Cadman, Nasim Haradinaj's lawyer, has said defence still needs time to prepare for the judicial process. He said they are not deliberately delaying the transition to that process.
We're going to need a little more time to spend in the judicial process. We don't ask to delay the process. It's been 10 months since Mr. Haradinaj is in custody”, Cadman said.
He said Nasim Haradinaj is eager to start the trial.
“He is eager to see things move forward”, Cadman stated.
In September last year two former KLA OVL leaders were arrested, chairman Hysni Gucati and the deputy chairman of this organisation, Nasim Haradinaj. They are accused of obstruction in the administration of justice, fear of witnesses, revenge and violations of the secret of the procedure.
