Muharnier says officials arrested in Pec municipality are innocent

Muharnier before the media stated that officials arrested today under suspicion of committing criminal work “misusing the official position” are innocent.

I appeal to justice agencies that these two officials are chronically ill to be released and to continue with regular procedures if there is”, he said before the media.

By contrast, today the Péja Constitutional Prosecutor has conducted a raid on the municipality of Pec, Kline and Istog, where 10 officials were arrested, suspected to have committed criminal work “the misuse of official position”.
