The Foundation Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure of 30 (thirty) days to defendants F. A. And F. R.
From the Foundation Court in Gjilan have announced that “defendant F. A. in the quality of the official person as a procurement manager in the Committee of the Year has taken advantage of duty or authority with the aim of gaining wealth for himself or the other person, so allegedly overstepped his legal powers and duties prescribed by law, in the way that during providing the tender with the number of procurements of 657 ♫ 3001, 521, 1807.2017, for the project ENValation of the Rareal Roads for the Lot ICE, including the Darea of the KLA, in the village of Kompuy, 521, has made a decision to pay for $11111.207,000. The euro and then on the 08.04.20th route has again signed an ordinance to lie on gravel worth 6,870 Euros, so after stretching with asphalt, it has paid to lay the same route as gravel. And for the street of Berianin in the village of Pozoran of the municipality of the Year has issued a tax order of the 08.04.2020 for extending this asphalt street to the amount of 18.890 Euro, but since the same asphalt is again issued in the amount of 2,877 Euro, to lay this road with gravel”.
Defendant F. R., in the quality of the official as the director of the Committee of the Year's project, has used his official duty or authority in order to obtain wealth for himself or the other person, so allegedly overstepped his legally defined competencies, in the way that he had offered false documentation that the work was completed on these two projects.
With these actions, the defendants allegedly committed criminal work “the misuse of official position or authority” the work sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
The pre-procedure judge at the Randa Crime Department has appointed the detention measure, since he has estimated that these circumstances are sufficient that if the same are set free and returned to the workplace, they can repeat criminal work or perform any other criminal work with more serious consequences.
