Ferizaj, July 10th, 2021 ... The Constitutional Court in Ferizaj has approved Ferizaj's request for the appointment of the detention measure against R.D. indictees. Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, due to suspicion based on committing domestic criminal violence by Article 248 paragraph 3 under paragraph 3.1 and 3.2 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
