The PSD and its chairman, Dardan Moliqaj, has written within the framework of the week of Crenareiaʹ over the difficulties facing the LGBTQI community.
No one would choose for such a life. True, many cultures have produced sexual oppression, but the dynamics of sexuality can hardly easily be established as rationally by seasonal trends of culture. Everyone should know that in a country like Kosovo this type of “dropdown” is expensive. It costs public lynching, street attacks and expulsion from the family. No one would choose for such a life. True, many cultures have produced sexual oppression, but the dynamics of sexuality can hardly easily be established as rationally by seasonal trends of culture. Members of this community are not alone in Pristina, and they are not found only in some identified environments. They are also in the deepest and lowly villages, and they do construction and agriculture. You may also be gay by Lappy, Drenica, or Duagjini.

But in Kosovo, the LGBTQI community is living almost illegal lives simply because it has shot to be different from social and legal norms. The LGBTQI community must be accepted as a normal part of society, with all the freedoms and rights that belong to them. That is what the week of pride means, so we support organization.
