Vetevendosje Movement MP Mefail Bajqinovci, who is simultaneously only a member of the Commission for Security and Protection, has been visiting Panama, where he has participated in a Security and Intelligence Forum for four days. But in addition to asking why Bajcinovci was the only one who participated in the 120 deputies in the Kosovo Assembly and the only one from the Commission for Security and Protection, another question that needs to be added is what Infrastructural Minister Lieburn Aliu asked for in this Forum, writes Metro newspaper.
Bajqinovci for his visit to Panama, which lasted four days, announced about two weeks ago, on July 3rd, where he said he had been present for two days at these sessions together with Environment Minister Lieburn Aliu and Kosovo Ambassador to Panama Heroina Telaku, while on his visit, Bajqinovci has also sought afternoon cover.
In Bajqinovci's post, it is said that “The Parliamentary Forum of Intelligence and Security has organised 17 global forums with over 1,700 parliamentary MPs and government officials present representing 96 countries.”, while the legitimate question is how only Bajqinov from Kosovo's 120 deputies participated in this Forum.
But the even more important question is why did the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure participate in this forum?
Describing discussions at this forum is also said to discuss global threats such as organised crime, corruption, terrorism, cyber security, foreign predatory investments, money laundering, intelligence sharing, and many other topics.

But when it comes to economic crimes, Panama is known as a country of liberal banking policies, while various reports of world security agencies, including CIA, have said that the dirty money from the European Union and the Western Balkans is deposited there.
On the other hand, Libran Ali's participation in this Forum seems to be quite meaningless.
It is noteworthy that, Minister Lieburn Aliu is government's most criticised minister, Kurti II, and has been charged by the opposition in Kosovo for short term giving about 20 tenders with accelerated procedure.
Minister Lieburn Aliu has recently been the target of criticism for the 5-euro fee for placing a ticket on cars registered in Kosovo along with his deputy, Hysen Durmish.
His visit to Panama and participation in this forum has also spoken to Minister Aliu himself through a Facebook post, but not thoroughly clarifying what he needs in his field of management the experience gained at this forum. /gazetamtro.net
