Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi has congratulated Nora Gjakova for winning the gold medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
In a Facebook post, Krasniqi has expressed gratitude for Nora and her coach, Driton Kuka.
“E Sweet! And there was no way it could have been for Nora Gjakova, who with extraordinary work went so far to realize her and Kosovo's dream, to write our history at the Olympics. Happy birthday to the Golden Olympics Nora. Humility and respect for the work of the entire Judo team, led by Master Driton Kuka. Thank you all of Kosovo's teams at the Olympics for making us proud with much work and passion!” writes Krasniqi.
