Health Ministry publishes new measures regarding foreign citizens entering Kosovo

The Health Ministry has published several new measures regarding citizens coming from other states in Kosovo, the Express newspaper reports.

MSH has published the list of high-risk states.

From this minister have said foreign citizens who enter the Republic of Kosovo, including those with temporary or permanent permission to stay in Kosovo and who come from high-risk countries according to the official list of the Kosovo National Public Health Institute ( They should have a test. RT- Negative PCR for COVIDD-19 made in the last 72 hours, on the basis of the reciprocity principle.

Below you can find the list of high-risk states and the Government of Kosovo's decision about Kosovo's entry and exits.

Foreign citizens who enter the Republic of Kosovo, including those with temporary or permanent permission in Kosovo and who come from high-risk countries according to the official list of the Kosovo National Public Health Institute ( They should have a test. 3. From point 2. disfellowshipped:

3.1. Foreign citizens, who enter Kosovo via airport or through border points, tok side points and leave Kosovo within three (3) ores, via airport or tow border points, provided they sign the declaration that they will release Kosovo within three (3) oresh;

3.2. Foreign citizens who work as professional transporters (vozisés) provided they respect the protocol for international transport for protection from COVID-19;

3.3. Foreign citizens who pass through Kosovo through transport organised by bus or regular international line, transit, provided the declaration is issued that they will release Kosovo's territory within 5 hours;

3.4. Foreign diplomats, accredited in Kosovo, as well as their family members;

3.5. People with full vaccine certificate against COVID-19;

3.6. Person with a positive result of serological antibodies test IgG, released at least thirty days before arrival.
