Location Friday holds plenary session

The head of the Assembly has thus decided at a joint meeting with parliamentary leaders, led by Glauk Konjufca, chairman.

Following statements outside the agenda and parliamentary questions, Bill No.08/ L-006 for ratification of the amendment of the international agreement with the European Investment Bank (BEI) to fund the Project on Restructuring Railway Line 10, Bill No. 08/ L-019 for amendment 02 of the bilateral Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and Luxembourg's Great Due Government for Development Co-operation Project “KSV/017: Program for Health Support (pesa II), Bill No.08/ L-008 for ratification of the Co-operation Agreement between the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation and the Austrian Development Agency for the implementation of the Project “Hulum and the sciences applied in higher education + (HERAS+) (a reference number 8116-00-2020)”, as well as Bill No.08/ L-009 for ratification of the No.1 amendment to the Framework Agreement of August 14, 2020, between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers, and the Council of Europe Development Bank for financing of the “Emergency Review to COVID-19” project.

The First Review of Bill No. 08/ L-016 for changing and completing Law No.07/ L-041 on budgetary divisions for the Kosovo Republic budget for 2021, as well as Bill No. 08/L-015 for the Commercial Court.

The hearing will consider the recommendation of the Commission for Agriculture, Forestry, Rural Development, Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure for the dismissal of members of the Railways Regulatory Authority, and is expected to vote for the Commission for Agriculture, Forestry, Rural Development, Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure for changing the appointment of this commission.

The election of three members of the Kosovo Radio Television Board from the ranks of non-party communities will be the rotating agenda at this session, to be followed by the proposal-resolute from the parliamentary debate on implementation of the Washington Agreement.

The Parliamentary Group of the Democratic League of Kosovo's proposal for the replacement of a member of the parliamentary commission and review of the annual Report of the Free Juridical Assistance for 2020 will be the last points for review at this plenary session.

The chairmanship, at today's meeting, proceeded for the government's opinion on the legislative initiative “Bill on Change and Fulfilling Law No. 03L-064 for Official Festivals in the Republic of Kosovo”, as well as forming the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo Parliamentary Parliamentary Parliamentary Commission for Stabilisation and Association delegation EU-Kosovo.
