In a Twitter post, Lajcak indicated he has held separate meetings with Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq.
“This morning I held separate meetings with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq to prepare for the dialogue summit this afternoon”, Lajcak wrote.
Negotiations in Brussels are scheduled to begin at 2 pm, with bilateral meetings between the two sides with EU mediators.
