He recently made a post on the social Twitter network where he has stated that everything that will be discussed between Kosovo and Serbia is political, and there is nothing technical.

“Welcomed Besnik Bistim, Kosovo's first deputy prime minister for discussions today before the dialogue meeting at the level of chief negotiators tomorrow. Everything in talks on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia is political, nothing is technical”, Lajcak wrote.

Serbia's chief negotiator, Petar Petkovic, yesterday declared that at tomorrow's meeting, to be held in Brussels, it will be discussed for the Association of Serb-run municipalities [Zieednica].
