Prime Minister Albin Kurti's cabinet has nothing less than 20 political advisers, where two of them are pro-bonds, which are not paid by the state budget.
Through demand for access to public documents, KALLXO.com has secured the names of political and administrative officials in Prime Minister Kurti's cabinet and their salaries. The government Kurti 2 was formed on 22 March this year after the Vetevendosje Movement won the February 14th 2021 elections.
The data provided by the Ministry of Finance shows that the Kosovo prime minister's basic salary is 1,000 and 500 euros. Meanwhile, Kurti's chief of staff is Luan Dalipi, who simultaneously holds the top political adviser position.
The chief of staff of the prime minister's office has a salary of 1,000 and 321 euros, while the high political adviser's salary is 720.72 euros.
Kosovo's government also has two spokespersons -- Progress Kryeziu and Rosafa Kelmendi -- who are also political adviser to the prime minister's office. Political advisers at ZKM pay 600.60 euros. Shenaj Shala is political adviser and responsible for the KPCM protocol.
Other political advisers, on the other hand, also live Zulfay, Felanza Podrija, Merdzan Osmani, Edison Beciri, Egson Jakupi, Luluzon Jagxhiu. Valbone Mehmeti is political adviser to the media, Riat Nuredini, political adviser for security.
In ZKM, Vale Gjonbalaj-Azem is senior executive official, Arta Berisha, the official administrative official, Patrick Domi photographer, Ismail Hakki Ustaibo, holds the position of senior protocol official, and the official security and driver's Liman Hoti. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Kurti's political foreign advisers are Erzen Vranjeqi and Tienmu Ma, political foreign adviser. None of them are paid from the state budget.
In ZKM, Ibrahim Makolli is chairman of the delegation for talks on the issue of missing persons (continues from 2016, appointed by Government's decision).
Former Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti after a month of government in his cabinet had gathered 14 political advisers.
And former Prime Minister Haradinaj is remembered for the large number of deputy prime ministers, ministers and deputy ministers. The latter had passed 80.
